PT.Usman Jaya Mekar Textile Industry was built on 8 June 1990, located on Tempuran District, Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia.
PT.Usman Jaya Mekar Textile Industry has been occupying the place 2,7 ha in doing the Weaving activity (grey cloth)
There will be an addition for the number for finishing and printing labels
PT.Usmantex makes a lot of products such as : TR, RY, CT. They have many constructions, depending on what the customer asks for.
When PT. Usman Jaya Mekar was built, it had:
- 360 units of Shutle Loom Machines, width 56 inch ex China.
- 2 units of Warping Machines ex Taya (Taiwan).
- 1 unit Sizing Machine ex Taya (Taiwan).
- 14 units Palet Machines ex China.
An increase in the customer's trusts and products demand, leads PT. Usman Jaya Mekar Textile to grow and add number of machines such as :
- 45 units of ex Picanol consisting of Rapier Loom Machines:
- 11 units GTM, width 2200 mm
- 34 units of GAMMA, width 1900 mm
Our Picanol consists of 16 heald frames and 6 colours.
- 638 units of Shutle Loom Machines ex China with :
- 400 units, width 56 inch
- 238 units, width 75 inch
- 4 units of Warping Machines with :
- 1 unit machine ex Benninger
- 3 unit machine ex Taya
- 28 unit Pallete Machine
- 3 units of Sizing Machines with :
- 1 unit machine ex Benninger
- 2 unit machine ex Taya
